A new year, a new me... never works

You tell yourself this every year but for some reason, you revert back to your old self and old habits.

No matter how many books you read, habits you try to implement, or positive affirmations you tell yourself in the mirror, they never work.

Why?

The only way you will ever achieve your goals is by changing your self-image and how you see yourself.

And the only way this will ever happen is if you actively become that person through your daily habits.

But to be successful with your daily habits and make them stick so they become a part of who you are, you need a reliable system.

A system that helps you repeat the same actions over and over again every day so you become a new and better version of yourself.

Just like a video game, think about it...

Gamers will sit hours upon hours repeating the same movements and actions day in and day out just to level up their character so they can progress in the game.

I know I did, with games like Minecraft, Subnautica, and Rainbow Six Siege, you repeat the same process over and over until you unlock new things that help you become a better player.

If video games can make someone be consistent, doing the same thing on repeat for a long period of time, then maybe there's a way to use these principles in our daily lives.

And this is exactly what I did...
